Casey Dugan and Gaya Shelton-Ostadi, Angel Sanctuary, are both Yoga Instructors, Songwriters, Musicians, Poets, and Healers. They have brought their wings together to create the umbrella of Angel Sanctuary with the intention of providing a loving, nurturing musical environment for the ascension of human consciousness and preservation of our beloved Mother Earth.

Steeped in the practices of Ayurveda and yoga, Hari Darshan Kaur supports the sacred flow of divine potential within the beingness of human experience, through breath, asana, mantra/meditation, and the practice of elemental science. Her practice of yoga began with the choice to celebrate life in ways that support clarity and authentic joy.
