Don't Miss Saturday's Founders Day Festival In Rohnert Park

Parade, music, food and lots of activities for the kids!

ROHNERT PARK, CA – Rohnert Park Founders Day Parade & Festival is Saturday, Oct. 1, with a parade that begins at 10 a.m.

This year's theme is Rock-A-Versary, to celebrate Rancho Cotate High School’s 50th anniversary and The Callinan Sports Center’s 30th.

The parade begins from Lawrence Jones Middle School and proceeds to Rancho Cotate High School.

The festival will be from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Rohnert Park Community Center, 5401 Snyder Lane, which will feature food, beverages, beer, wine, arts & crafts, kids’ activities and a Show and Shine Car Show!

Live music highlights the day featuring local bands Rotten Tomatoes, Rosetown Soul and American Honey.

Do expect traffic delays in the area.

Snyder Lane will be closed from 9 a.m. to noon from Keiser Avenue to Southwest Boulevard, the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety said.
