Farmers Market and Party on the Plaza

Summer is here and our fantastic Certified Farmers Market is gearing up for our third great year! The Farmers Market takes place every Friday night, June 15th through August 31st, from 5-8 p.m., and is located in the library parking lot and adjoining City Center Plaza.

The market features awesome growers, producers and arts and crafts in our Farmers Market area, as well as terrific food, wine/beer and great entertainment and businesses in our “Party on the Plaza” area.

All proceeds from the alcohol sales will benefit our local schools and community.

We now accept EBT Cards (see info booth for tokens) and the farmers are accepting WIC and Senior Checks as well.

Music for the Party on the Plaza 2012 is as follows:

• June 15th -The Rotten Tomatoes -  Classic Rock                  
• June 22nd - Crossfire,  playing Motown, Rock , Disco & R&B from the 60’s to now       
• June 29th – McKenna Faith  17-year-old Country phenom
• July 6th -Pepperland- A British Re-invasion Beatles Tribute         
• July 13th – Electric Avenue –Party Band featuring females vocalists singing Oldies, Classic Rock, Disco, Funk, Motown, Country & standards
• July 20th – Soulshine Blues Band – Blues like BB KING, Stevie Ray & Buddy Guy 
• July 27th – Eddie & The Fog -  Classic Rock & Blues Brothers Soul
• August 3rd – The Mighty Groove –Danceable Funk & Retro Soul
• August 10th – Blues Burners –Rhythm & Soul
• August 17th – The Mad Maggies – Cotati Accordion Festival nod as 'Accordion Babe" Maggie Martin leads the band through Cajun/Zydeco to Celtic Rock to SKA, Swing and Polka.
• August 24th – The Poyntlyss Sistars – Rock & Show band playing hits from the 50’s to now featuring 3 Female leads with 4-part harmonies & choreography
• August 31st - C.T. Cruisers – Old School R&B and Dance band
