Restorative Yoga w/ Carol Hince

1st & 3rd Wednesdays

In Restorative Yoga, props such as blankets and bolsters support you in floor positions. By bringing about deep relaxation, the gentle poses can reduce stress, boost the immune system, and deeply affect other body systems. NIH studies with Restorative Yoga report a decrease in BP, HR, blood sugar, and bad cholesterol and triglycerides.  No prior yoga is necessary.
