Each January, our world hums with the energy of New Year’s intentions. Yet, within a few weeks, too many of these intentions dissolve in the commotion of our busy lives. Make plans now to ground your New Year’s intention through creative expression and nature connection with the Laguna. In this day of creative exploration, you’ll learn practices to root your intention, finding fresh ways to weave it into the fabric of your life. We’ll be using Visual Journaling – a way of opening and deepening relations between yourself and the world, charting your path through life and listening to what the natural world wants to tell you. During this season of stillness and replenishment, moving toward the fresh beginnings of Spring, this day will offer you meaningful and enjoyable practices you can carry with you to nurture and grow your intention throughout the new year. This workshop will happen rain or shine, as we invite weather to join us in our conversation. Most workshop supplies will be provided, along with hot drinks and light snacks.
