State Highway 121 is closed this evening at state Highway 116 south of Sonoma due to a head-on collision with injuries, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The collision was reported at 7:18 p.m.

Highway 121 is completely closed and traffic is being diverted on Highway 116, according to the CHP. Drivers should find alternate routes.
