You can't leave out Half of the Required work in the Contract Spec, and expect to get away with it! It only gets worse trying to cover it up
So on 12/7 they are trying to install more Vertical Root guard after I busted them for not doing any of the, remove all the old Asphalt, scarifying the top 12” of the old base, then recompact the top 6” of Old Base to 90% Compaction. Install root guards (Vertical And Horizontal) and install a geo fabric layer, use 6” x 6” welded wire mesh on top of the #4 Rebar Laterals.
So none of the work was done per the Lump Sum Bid Job. ITS A MILLION DOLLAR, PLUS ENGINEERING COSTS, FRAUDULENT CONTRACT JOB. Helped by the City! No QC/QA at all! Still!
