Here's Line-Up For Summer 'Movies In the Park' In Santa Rosa

Free snacks at the first one on Aug. 14!

News from Santa Rosa Recreation and Parks department:

The Movies in the Park series returns for another season in Howarth Park beginning in August. All feature presentations are Friday nights from August 14 to September 18.

Before the presentation guests can enjoy entertainment by local performers and purchase snacks and beverages from event vendors. Films to be shown include Hook and Cinderella. The event is collaborating with sponsor Whole Foods Market who celebrates their 15th anniversary in Sonoma County this year.

To mark this occasion, the first movie night of the year will show “The Emperor’s New Groove” which was released 15 years ago. Whole Foods Market will play host to this movie night by providing free snacks to all attendees. They will also award one lucky attendee with a $150 shopping spree to Whole Foods Market on Yulupa Avenue and a catered picnic for eight guests at the final Howarth Park Movie Night of the season.
