High-Speed Motorcycle Chase In Sebastopol Ends With Crash
A 21-year-old man was arrested in Sebastopol after patrol officers spotted him on an allegedly stolen motorcycle Friday afternoon.

SEBASTOPOL -A 21-year-old man was arrested in Sebastopol after patrol officers spotted him on an allegedly stolen motorcycle Friday afternoon, police said.
Just after 3 p.m. an officer in the vicinity of Florence Avenue and Huntley Street saw a motorcycle passing by that matched the description of a bike that had recently been reported stolen.
The officer ran the plates. They came back registered to a different type of motorcycle.

The officer tried to initiate a traffic stop in the vicinity of Zimpher Drive and Valentine Avenue, but the driver fled at speeds of up to 80 mph in a residential area - running a stop sign at Valentine and Pleasant Hill Avenue North where he crashed into a truck.
Blake Palma, of Sebastopol, was taken into custody on suspicion of possessing a stolen vehicle, reckless evasion and driving on a suspended license, then transported to a hospital, according to police.
