Home Invasion Robbery Reported In Rohnert Park

A home invasion robbery by two suspects with knives and a gun was reported Friday night on Mathias Place in Rohnert Park, according to police.
Officers from the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety arrived at approximately 10 p.m. to the home but the suspects had fled, police said.
Seven people were at the residence when two subjects, wearing bandanas over their faces, allegedly rang the doorbell and forced their way inside when an occupant opened the door, police said.

One was armed with a handgun and the other with two knives, according to police.
The pair rounded up the people inside the house, assaulting more than one of them, demanded money and electronics, then left on foot, police said. One occupant of the home sustained minor injuries during the incident.
