Homeless Man Stabbed Over 'Property Dispute'; Suspect Sought
Santa Rosa police said the perpetrator was riding a yellow and red, beach-cruiser bike.

SANTA ROSA, CA – A homeless man was stabbed in the neck after a property argument Thursday in Santa Rosa by a person, whom the victim described as a possible transient riding a yellow and red, beach-cruiser bicycle, officials said.
Officers were called by a passing citizen at approximately 10:30 a.m. to the 100 block of Railroad Avenue, near the Prince Memorial Greenway, where an individual, who said he was homeless, claimed a "dispute over property" led to a fight and him being cut in the neck, the Santa Rosa Police Department said today.
The victim told police he believed the purported stabber also was homeless, and described him as a Hispanic or black male in his 30s, wearing a black hoodie and shorts. He reportedly was last seen riding east on the creek trail on the woman’s-model bike.
