Kidnapping, Child Sex Crime Suspect Arrested In North Bay

ROHNERT PARK-COTATI, CA — A man was arrested on multiple felony charges involving alleged sexual crimes against a child, including kidnapping with intent to commit rape, after detectives executed a search warrant at an apartment complex as part of an ongoing investigation into crimes against children, police said.

A search warrant served at a Rohnert Park apartment complex led to the arrest of Roberto Antonio Belli-Solano, according to the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety.

Rohnert Park police said they arrested Belli-Solano on suspicion of arranging to meet a minor for lewd purposes, kidnapping and assault with intent to commit rape, lewd acts with a child, sexual penetration by force with a child, and oral copulation with a child.

The department did not release additional details about the alleged offenses, the age of the victim or victims, or when the alleged crimes occurred.
