Man, 20, Found Safe After Going Missing from Santa Rosa Junior College
Police say that a man who went missing after he was last seen at the Santa Rosa Junior College library has been found safe.

SONOMA COUNTY, CA -- A man who went missing after he was last seen at the Santa Rosa Junior College library on Tuesday afternoon has been found safe, police said Thursday morning.
Neil Philipsen, 20, is safe at home, according to Santa Rosa Junior College police. His family became concerned because he left the library at about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday and did not contact them for a ride home
from the campus.
Police did not elaborate on the reason Philipsen didn't contact his family. This story will be updated as more details become known.
