Man Killed When Minivan Hits Pole In Santa Rosa
The accident was this morning along Stony Point Road.

SONOMA COUNTY, CA – A Santa Rosa man was killed this morning when he crashed his car into a traffic light pole, police said.
At 1:46 a.m., officers responded to a reported crash on Stony Point Road at West Third Street. Victor Daniel Olivera-Pineda, 32, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The car, a white 2000 Plymouth Voyager minivan, was traveling north on Stony Point Road and continued straight through the intersection with West Third Street when it left the roadway and crashed into a traffic
light pole on the northeast side of the intersection, police said.

The east side of the intersection was closed, police said.
