Man Producing Child Porn Arrested In Sonoma County: Police
A local man faces seven felony counts, including producing child sexual abuse material and inappropriate contact with a child under 14.
ROHNERT PARK, CA — Police said they arrested a man Sunday in Rohnert Park for inappropriate contact with a child under the age of 14 and for possessing child pornography.
On Sunday, Rohnert Park detectives said they arrested Courtland William Foster and booked him into the Sonoma County Jail on the following felony charges: lewd or lascivious acts upon a child under the age of , lewd or lascivious acts upon a child by use of force, lewd or lascivious acts upon a child who is or years old, assault on a person under the age of with intent to commit, possession of child sexual abuse material, distribution of child sexual abuse material, and production of child sexual abuse material.
Police said this arrest followed a thorough investigation into reported accusations. Detectives said they were able to corroborate a victim's account and that statements made by the suspect are consistent with the allegations.

Foster was being held in the Sonoma County Jail without bail.
