Disabled Man No Longer Missing From Santa Rosa: Police
UPDATED: Police said 26-year-old Adam Loughman was found healthy and safe.

SANTA ROSA, CA — UPDATE: A "gravely disabled" man reported missing Wednesday from Santa Rosa has been located, police said Thursday.
Adam Loughman, 26, was considered at-risk missing because he suffers from multiple mental health disorders and is not able to care for himself.
Loughman walked away from his residence on Parker Hill Road at some point Wednesday; when he did not return, he was reported missing.

In an update at 1 p.m. Thursday, Santa Rosa police said: "He is healthy and safe! Thanks for your assistance."

Adam Loughman, 26, walked away from his residence on Parker Hill Road, the Santa Rosa Police Department said in a Nixle alert issued at 1 p.m. Wednesday.
Loughman is white, 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs around 125 pounds. He has blue eyes, long "shaggy" blond hair and some facial hair.
According to police, Loughman is conserved, meaning he is not able to care for himself.
"He is considered 'gravely disabled' and suffers from multiple mental health disorders," SRPD Sgt. Summer Gloeckner said in a Nixle alert.
Loughman was last seen wearing a gray, zip-up hoodie and pajama pants of an unknown color.
Anyone who finds Loughman is asked to call SRPD's non-emergency line at 707-528-5222.
