Missing Person Investigation Underway, Rohnert Park Police Say

ROHNERT PARK, CA — Police in Rohnert Park asked for the public's help Thursday in finding a missing person. Alyssa Jones — who also goes by "AJ" or "Adrian" and is a female who identifies as a male — was last seen Saturday walking in the northeast area of the city of Rohnert Park, police said in a news release.

Jones, 23, has blue eyes and brown hair, is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 132 pounds, and was last seen wearing an orange-and-green camouflage hat, a red flannel shirt and blue jeans.

Detectives are actively investigating the case, according to a news release issued Thursday afternoon by the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety.

"During this investigation, it was determined Jones has ties to Sonoma County, Sacramento and Mendocino areas," Rohnert Park DPS said. "At this time, we are requesting any and all leads regardless of location. Please contact Rohnert Park Public Safety Investigations with any information at 707-584-2630 or contact the local agency directly if Jones is located outside of Rohnert Park."
