Missing Teen Returns Home

She was staying in Sonoma when she learned there was a search underway, police said.

Santa Rosa police learned this morning that a 16-year-old girl missing since Wednesday is now home safely.

Police report that Rebecca Weaver left her Santa Rosa home voluntarily on Sept. 17 around 8 p.m. Her absence aroused concern amongst her friends and family members, partially because she has a condition that requires daily medication that she did not bring with her, police officials said.
