Petaluma PD IDs Suspected Vandal, Still Seeking Owner Of Damaged SUV
The 48 year old allegedly struck a white SUV with chains in front of Starbucks.

Police are seeking the owner of a vehicle that was vandalized Sunday evening in front of a Petaluma coffee shop.
At 6:15 p.m., police responded to reports of a man who was seen walking onto a street with a large metal chain and striking a white SUV with it in front of a Starbucks located at 125 Petaluma Blvd. N., according to police.
Police were able to locate the man with the chain and arrested him on suspicion of unrelated criminal violations, police said.

He has been identified as 48-year-old Stephen Soja. Soja allegedly admitted to striking the SUV with the chain, but officers were unable to locate the owner of the vehicle that was struck by the suspect, according to police.
