Petaluma Segway Tours Trailer Stolen In Past Week

Trailer recovered today by Sonoma County Sheriff's deputies, but contents missing. Anyone with info is asked to call detectives.

Announcement from the Petaluma Police Department:

Segway Tours of Petaluma had their trailer stolen from the parking lot of the Sheraton Hotel between September 26 and October 2, 2014.

Inside the trailer were nine Segways, audio and video equipment.

Total loss of property inside was $71,000.

The Trailer: 2014 Haulmark 14 foot trailer, white in color, with Segway tours wrap, Cal plate 4NB4219.

On October 3, at approx. 10 AM, a Sonoma County Sheriff’s Deputy located the trailer on Adobe Road and Stage Gulch Road.

The contents of the trailer were missing.

PPD investigators are processing the trailer for evidence.
