Cotati Girl, 15, No Longer Missing, Police Say

COTATI, CA — UPDATED: A 15-year-old girl reported missing from Cotati has been located, the Cotati Police Department said Thursday morning.

On Wednesday, police sought the public's help to find Bella Chamberlin and said she might be in the Modesto area.

At 7:20 a.m. Thursday, Cotati police sent a Nixle alert with an update: "Bella has been located thank you for your assistance!"

ORIGINAL POST: The Cotati Police Department asked for the public's help Wednesday to find a 15-year-old girl reported missing.

Bella Chamberlin was last seen at 9:15 p.m. Monday in Cotati, police said.

"It is believed she left the residence with an unknown male and is possible in the Modesto area," police said.

She is described as white, 5 feet 1 inch tall and 110 pounds. She has long red hair which was in a ponytail when she was last seen.

Anyone who has information that would help investigators safely find Bella is asked to call 911 or the Cotati Police Department at 707-792-4611.
