Rohnert Park DPS Non-Emergency Phone Lines Down
Those with emergencies can still call 911 but different phone numbers were provided for those with routine, non-emergency needs.
ROHNERT PARK, CA — Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety said it has been experiencing problems with its business and non-emergency phones since the widespread power outage Monday. The city's IT department was working to resolve the issues Thursday but it was expected to take a few hours, officials said.
The business and non-emergency phone lines were down as of 3:30 p.m. Thursday; in the meantime, RPDPS said anyone who needs to reach police or fire officials for routine, non-emergency reasons should call 707-584-2611 or 707-584-2612.
The city's 911 lines are still operational for anyone who needs emergency medical, fire or police service, officials said.
