Rohnert Park Girl, 8, Wakes Up To Naked Stranger In Room: Police

ROHNERT PARK, CA – Two men were arrested early Thursday when a Rohnert Park mother reported that her 8-year-old daughter woke up with a naked man on top of her. The incident was reported at 3:53 a.m. Thursday on Francis Circle, police said.

The mother told police the man, later identified to be Noah Holland, fled the scene when she went into the bedroom. He reportedly left his clothing at the scene.

Officers later located Holland, with another suspect identified as Tristan Ford. Holland was arrested and faces charges of burglary, lewd and lascivious acts with a child, committing sex assault, vehicle tampering and violation of probation.

Ford was arrested and faces charges of conspiracy, burglary and violation of probation.

Police said they believe Holland gained entry into the house by entering unlocked vehicles in front of the residence and using a garage door opener to gain access to the garage.
