Enhancements to Snyder Lane and Rohnert Park Expressway

The City of Rohnert Park wants to make it easy for residents and businesses to stay informed about construction activity and ensure that you have the most current information. Below are some helpful tips for navigating through the following areas next week:
Snyder Lane is CLOSED from Copeland Creek to Southwest Boulevard

Construction continues on Snyder Lane at Copeland Creek to Southwest Boulevard. Work is scheduled Mondaythrough Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. with occasional work scheduled on Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. This Saturday, August 1, crews will be working. Motorists traveling to businesses along Snyder Lane including Cross & Crown Church, Scribbles and Giggles Art Center and Wine Country Smiles will have access from Camino Corto. A single southbound lane has been designated. Access to Rancho Cotate High School will be from the intersection of Snyder and Southwest. Please travel through the area with caution and slow speeds.
Jasmine Circle
Access to Jasmine Circle at Snyder Lane will be limited due to construction in the intersection. Motorist may experience delays when trying to access Jasmine from Snyder, it may be easier to access Jasmine Circle from RPX.
Rohnert Park Expressway and Snyder Lane Intersection
Motorists traveling to the intersection at Rohnert Park Expressway (RPX) and Snyder Lane now through August 1 may experience lengthy delays and are encouraged to take an alternate route when possible. Sidewalks at the intersection will be temporarily closed. For your safety, pedestrians and bicyclists should avoid the area. Major construction in the intersection includes laying various pipelines for water, recycled water and other utilities.
A designated vehicle lane on RPX will be delineated by cones and remain open at all times with a flagger in place to assist traffic. All businesses in the area will be OPEN during construction. .
