Sheriff's detectives immediately placed Burke's home under surveillance, Crum said.

Detectives learned around 12:15 p.m. today that Burke returned to a trailer on a Bodega Bay property and they believed Roberts was with him, Crum said.

Burke was found inside the trailer and initially refused to exit before he was taken into custody, and Roberts was found hiding in a storage area under a bed, Crum said.

During the search of the trailer, detectives found several firearms in violation of Burke's pre-trial probation terms, Crum said.

Burke was arrested for felony aiding the escape of an inmate, conspiracy, being a felon in possession of firearms, resisting arrest and a probation violation. He was booked in the Sonoma County Jail on $165,000
bail.

Roberts was booked for escaping from custody and conspiracy. She is being held on $100,000 bail, Crum said.
