Search For Burglar Underway In Rohnert Park, Police Say
A resident interrupted the burglary and told police the suspect was a white man who wore a gray bandanna over his face and a black hat.
ROHNERT PARK, CA — Rohnert Park police advised of police activity Wednesday afternoon involving a residential burglary that was interrupted.
A resident who lives on Loma Verde Lane told police he caught the burglar inside his home, the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety said.
As of 4:15 p.m., officers had descended on the area of Loma Verde Lane and the creek in their search for the suspect.

The suspect was last seen northbound in the creek area near Loma Verde Lane, which is east of U.S. Highway 101, west of Adrian Drive, south of Southwest Boulevard and north of East Cotati Avenue.
The suspect was described as a white man in his 20s with a gray bandanna over his face and a black sun hat with a 2-inch rim. The suspect was wearing a gray T-shirt with cutoff sleeves and black sweatpants.

"If you see a subject matching this description, do not approach, call 911," police said.
