Sonoma County Coroner IDs Man Found Dead In Parking Lot
The 23-year-old had history of substance-abuse and health problems, officials said. [Breaking]

SONOMA COUNTY, CA – The Sonoma County Sheriff's Office has identified a transient man who was found dead Tuesday evening as 23-year-old Matthew Stinson.
Stinson was found dead around 7 p.m. between an enclosed Dumpster and a fence on the south side of a strip mall parking lot at 440 East Washington St., police said.
Police said Stinson had a history of health problems and substance abuse, and a substance believed to be methamphetamine was found near his body.

There was no evidence of foul play or suicide, police said.
Sheriff's Sgt. Spencer Crum said there will be a medical exam on Stinson instead of an autopsy.
