Mobile Home Homicide Suspect Found Hiding In Tanker In Sonoma County
Witnesses told deputies that a suspect covered in blood fled the mobile home where a woman was found with severe injuries.
SONOMA COUNTY, CA —Sonoma County Sheriff's deputies found a man suspected in a fatal mobile home attack concealed inside nearby water tanker truck.
Deputies responded at about 9:38 p.m. Wednesday to the report of a homicide inside a mobile home in the 5000 block of Taylor Avenue in Santa Rosa.
Deputies discovered a severely injured woman in the mobile home. Despite emergency efforts, she was pronounced dead at the scene.

Witnesses told deputies they saw a man, covered in blood, flee the mobile home. Deputies established a perimeter around the property and began searching the area, focusing on nearby structures and vehicles.
Deputies found the suspect nearby hiding inside a water tanker truck.

Authorities have not released the identities the victim or suspect. But investigators confirmed they knew each other.
