SWAT Team Arrests Rohnert Park Man On Suspicion Of Sex Assault

SONOMA COUNTY, CA – A Rohnert Park man was arrested by a SWAT team on suspicion of sexual assault Monday evening, according to Sonoma County Sheriff's deputies.

Raymond Foakes, 53, was served with a felony arrest warrant in the 7500 block of Monet Place around 6:30 p.m.

Foakes was accused of sexually assaulting a female acquaintance Saturday in Santa Rosa.

Deputies said his bail has been set at $1 million.

No additional information was released.
