'Walking Ian' Stops His Trek To Speak To Mental Health Advocates From Sonoma County
Ian Cummings began his cross-country walk in March in Virginia and plans on finishing on Aug. 30 by crossing the Golden Gate Bridge.

Posting from Ian Cummings of Ian Walks America on Facebook:
The wonderful folks of NAMI Sonoma County invited me up to speak and meet a number of folks in the Sonoma County Area.
Because of their efforts, I was able to share the mission and Ryan’s story to 33 individuals, who either knew the pain of losing a loved one to suicide, or had their own stories to share in regards to suicidal thinking and/or association with mental illness.
