WARNING!!! FABLETICS IS A SCAM OUTFIT selling 50% off Outfits

This is the 2nd Ad I've seen on Patch that I was tempted to "buy" into.  Women's outfits for 50% OFF 1st order-only $25.  After looking through their complete offering, I couldn't find the pants set that was on their ad.  I wrote to them, and received a reply that indicated they were "sold out".  My intuition told me to check out this company for possible "Bait and Switch" tactics.  This is what I found, which is actually a combination of Bait and Switch and "SCAM".  When you place your first order, you then become a member to the tune of $50 a month.  (It's all in the fine print!)

Fabletics - Membership scam pretending to be a Clothing Store

Fabletics advertises like a normal online athletic retailer where you purchase merchandise and the retailer mailed the merchandise to your home--end of transaction, but not this company, if you buy any thing, you are entering a binding membership with a monthly fee of $49.95 whether you buy something or not. Fabletics - Scam!

I purchased something from them 2 month ago but today I saw a different charge for 49$ on my credit card. When you buy something from them for a first time, you get 50% off but you are automatically become a VIP member and your credit card get charged 49$ if you don't buy anything from them the following month. Fabletics - Charge me without ordering

Beware of this company and make sure you understand their payment policies! Read it all and read the tiny winy letters too. They are very sneaky! Unless you skip every month they would charge you 50 dollars monthly! They said "Oh we just put it on your account credit" but the thing is if you don't want anything they won't refund it. Fabletics isn't "fab"

Beware this company!!!! The products are actually pretty good. However, just try to cancel your account!!! I wanted to cancel because they charge you each month, no matter if you want them to or not. I realize I can "opt out" but the email must have gotten stuck in junk mail because I never saw it. Then come to find out that you can only use your member credit on FULL PRICE items.
