Key to Awesomeness: Giovanni is a true student of the game. He loves baseball. The Giants are his favorite team and Buster Posey his favorite player. While watching a game he will comment on how the professional players hold the bat, their stance and movements. Gio will then apply what he has observed. Also, he is respectful of Coach Joe Tomic and makes sure to listen and follow directions in practice and the games
The Cal Ripken league is a great place for the younger kids to play and learn, and overall, the game is a wonderful environment full of positive energy. Visit Cal Ripken for more information.
