LOST Male Mini Australian Shepherd • Little Bear • 7-30-14

GENEROUS REWARD!! Post written by owner:
Little Bear jumped out of my mother’s car when she stopped to get my niece’s baby bottle out of a diaper bag. My niece was crying which distracted my mother and she didn’t notice the dog escape, she got back in the car and left without Little Bear.

He was left in the parking lot of Giorgio’s restaurant near Healdsburg Ave., and Grant Ave. at the South end of Healdsburg on 7/30.

A Giorgio’s waitress called to say they’d found Little Bear, at 10 pm. When we arrived to pick him up, within 10 minutes of speaking to the waitress, we were told that they’d given the dog to a “very concerned,” man of Asian descent in his early 30s, who said he would call “mom,” in the morning. I still have not received a call.

Little Bear is a timid, but friendly, small gray dog with a white chest. His eyes and nose are also gray. He was wearing a neon green harness and tag with my phone number and Healdsburg home address, he’s also microchipped.

Little Bear had just been to the vet, earlier that day and needs medication. His vet is Dr. Basurto at Healdsburg Veterinary Hospital.

Little Bear is full grown but still looks like a puppy, he has long legs and big paws, for his small adult size.

He’s distinctive looking and MAY HAVE BEEN STOLEN, any information to help locate him will be rewarded generously. Please call Shannon at 707-433-8415.

Thank you for sharing and helping us find Little Bear, we miss him so much, especially my 7 and 9 year old girls.
