Is This Your Bicycle? It Was Found At Area Homeless Encampment After Arrest

The bike is a green Thruster "fixie" with a yellow front tire and a blue rear tire.

SONOMA COUNTY, CA -- Police believe a bicycle found at the scene of an arrest in Sebastopol Monday evening may be stolen, and they're asking for help finding the owner.

Around 7:15 p.m. an officer patrolling illegal homeless encampments near the Laguna de Santa Rosa Preserve found Fremont resident Jesse David Pearce.

Pearce had two warrants out for his arrest - including one from an incident in June where he was allegedly found to be in possession of a stolen bike.

The bike found in Pearce's possession this evening was a green Thruster "fixie" with a yellow front tire and a blue rear tire. Police say that it appears to be a custom in new condition. They're looking to return the bike to it's rightful owner.
