Second Saturday Sensory Storytime!

If you have a child with autism, you're invited to bring him/her to the library for 45 minutes of "songs, stories, sensory activities and interactive materials," per the library website.  Siblings may attend as well, and verbal/physical expressions are all right.  This program, developed for kids at a learning level of ages two to six, was created for those with special needs as an alternative to regular Storytime. The leader is the parent of an autistic child and has the experience and patience necessary to be a wonderful teacher.
