Here are the top stories in Roseville today:
- Moksa Brewing in Rocklin had a line out the door on Saturday to get some of its Double IPA called Light the Beam. The name pays homage to the Sacramento Kings and the team's purple light beam that lights up the sky after a win. This was the second release of the brew. The first release sold out within hours. Moksa is preparing a third release for March, so get ready! (KCRA Sacramento)
- Folsom Lake is expected to hit capacity this summer, according to the Bureau of Reclamation! It's at 55% of capacity now, but the snowpack is at 240% of average and that runoff should be enough to fill our lake. (ABC10.com KXTV)
- Buckle up for the next installment of the new laws that went into effect this month in California! This time, Roseville Today brings you laws that impact "Veterans, agricultural land, local planning, corporate conversions, Presidential Electors Act and more."
- People are moving to Roseville in droves! "According to U-Haul, Roseville had the second highest net gain of one-way truck trips in the U.S. in 2022." According to the city, that just reinforces what a great place Roseville is to live and adds to the praise we've received, including recognition for "safety, livability [and] remote work, among other accolades."
