• Two People Injured Following Afternoon House Fire in CA (fireengineering.com) — Two residents were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries after a Saturday afternoon house fire on Avila Drive in Roseville's Highland Reserve neighborhood. Roseville firefighters upgraded the blaze to a second alarm due to heat and workload, contained it before it spread to nearby homes, and say the cause remains under investigation.
