Motorcycle Ride To Point Reyes: Photos Of The Day

The hike down to the lighthouse included descending into the fog.

SACRAMENTO, CA — A Sacramento resident who goes by the online name Gogo Bean to protect his identity has been sharing his motorcycle adventures with Patch readers. Previous jaunts were shown in the Sacramento area and up in the Gold Country. Now, as the weather changes, he heads to the coast with his son and his girlfriend.

The trio visited Point Reyes Lighthouse the first weekend in December and "walked down the million stairs down to the lighthouse." (Patch demands a recount.)

The fog was coming in as the trio reached the coast, transitioning from sunny and warm to foggy and cool in about 5 miles.

They also paused for lunch, turning the adventure into a seven-hour jaunt.

Thank you for sharing the fun with Patch readers!
