Rain Puddle In The Park: Photo Of The Day

Weekend storms mean sprinklers will not be needed at area parks for some time.

SACRAMENTO, CA — Rainfall totals for the season in Sacramento are only half of what they were at this time last year, but for the 2023-24 season Sacramento is running between 76 and 85 percent of normal, depending on where the rain gauges are situated. Over the weekend, abundant rainfall was evident in Barnadas Park, where a huge puddle formed.
