Woman Killed In Rollover Crash In Ramona
Two women were rushed to a hospital, where one died, after a rollover accident in Ramona, authorities said.
RAMONA, CA — Two women were rushed to a hospital, where one died, after a rollover accident in Ramona, authorities said Tuesday.
A 68-year-old woman was traveling in a Dodge Ram when she entered state Route 67 from Mussey Grade Road and broadsided an 83-year-old woman in a Toyota Prius, causing the truck to overturn on its roof around 3:30 p.m. Monday, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The 68-year-old woman was airlifted to Palomar Medical Center in Escondido where she later died. The 83-year-old woman was hospitalized with minor injuries.
