The Doris Howell Foundation, dedicated to supporting cutting-edge research to advance women’s health, is presenting Be Your Own Valentine: Love Your Heart and Your Health at its webinar lecture series on Friday, February 11, 2022, noon to 1pm. Registration is required by Feb.9.

In this informative session, and in support of Heart Health Month, keynote speaker Dr. Katherine Richman, Clinical Professor of Radiology at UC San Diego Health Systems, will discuss the importance of nutrition and activity to prevent disease and preserve longevity.

About the Speaker

Katherine (Meg) Richman, MD, FACR is Clinical Professor of Radiology at UC San Diego Health Systems. She is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist who specializes in Body Imaging. She completed her Body Imaging fellowship training and earned her medical degree at UC San Diego School of Medicine. She has a special interest in the importance of plant-based nutrition and exercise.
