Needle Felted Wool Butterfly Workshop

Learn to needle felt!
Sunday, August 23, from 9-11am
Butterflies — those delightful, flying little splashes of color — are the inspiration for today’s class! In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll learn the basics of needle-felted painting by layering colored wool on the wings of your precut butterfly shape using special needles. Because the needles are quite pointed, this class is open to students aged 12 and up — protective guards will be on hand to keep fingers safe. When you’re done, take it home as a wearable brooch or a charming piece of wall art.

No prior experience needed. All are welcome, ages 12 and older.

Felting needle safety will be included for use, with finger guards provided.
