Child Injured After Being Run Over In San Diego
The 8-year-old boy was taken to a hospital.
SAN DIEGO, CA — An 8-year-old boy was hospitalized Thursday with fractures and abrasions after he was run over by a Honda Civic in the Miramar neighborhood of San Diego.
San Diego Police Department officers responded at 7:38 p.m. Wednesday to 7968 Arjons Drive where they learned a 42-year-old woman was attempting to move her silver Honda Civic and she inadvertently reversed her car and pinned the child against the curb and a wall, said Officer Robert Heims.
The boy was taken to a hospital with non- life threatening injuries, Heims said.
