A completed multigenerational ADU in San Diego 🏡
This custom 1,075 sqft ADU was designed to give aging parents a private, independent home while staying close to family. The 2BR/2BA layout features an open living space, a large kitchen island, ensuite bathrooms for both bedrooms, and plenty of built-in storage throughout.
The backyard space was limited, so careful site planning was key. The ADU was positioned with 4-foot setbacks to maximize the footprint while still leaving room for a new paver patio between the main home and ADU 🌿
