A (green! 💚) ADU complete in the City Heights neighborhood of San Diego! 🏡
These homeowners already knew firsthand how much flexibility an ADU can create. After building one on their mother-in-law’s property and moving into it themselves, they decided to add another ADU to their former home as a long-term rental and an additional source of income for retirement.
For this project, they chose our 672 sqft, 2BR/1BA standard plan, helping reduce design time and upfront costs while creating a more predictable path through permitting and construction.
The project was financed with a construction loan, so our team worked directly with their lender to provide required documentation and coordinate inspections throughout the draw process.
And we have to talk about that exterior 💚 The homeowners completed the space with a new deck, landscaping, and fencing to give future tenants their own private outdoor area. We may be a little partial, but we LOVE the green siding they chose. It gives this ADU so much personality!
