Earthquake Near Lake Henshaw Rattles San Diego, Riverside Counties
The quake was reported Sunday afternoon. Did you feel it?
SAN DIEGO, CA — A small earthquake struck Easter Sunday in San Diego County.
The 3.5 magnitude earthquake was reported at 4:12 p.m. almost 4 miles north of Lake Henshaw, a reservoir at the southeast base of Palomar Mountain, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The quake was about 8 miles deep.
Residents reported feeling the quake in Riverside and San Diego counties, including in El Cajon, Escondido, Fallbrook, La Quinta, Palm Desert, Poway, Ramona, San Diego, San Marcos, Temecula, Valley Center and Vista, according to the USGS's "Did You Feel It?" map.

There were no reports of damage or injuries due to the quake.
