'Go Retro' At The San Diego County Fair Through July 7

SAN DIEGO, CA — "Go Retro" at the San Diego County Fair this summer.
The 2024 San Diego County Fair opened Wednesday and runs through July 7 at the Del Mar Fairgrounds.
With a nod to nostalgia and a focus on fun, this year's fair theme is "Let's Go Retro," which gives yesteryears another moment in the San Diego sun. Every generation can enjoy the best of what is while reviving the best of what was at the fair.

The fair features exhibitions, games, rides, food and live entertainment.
Artists in the Toyota Summer Concerts Series lineup include Little Big Town, Ludacris, Old Dominion, Smokey Robinson, TLC, Yung Gravy and more.

The Chevrolet Paddock Concert Series features a variety of other musicians. Paddock shows are free with fair admission. Other performers and variety acts are scheduled throughout the fair, including canine stars and racing pigs.
Special events include Out at the Fair on June 22 and Native American Powwow on June 30.
On the Fourth of July, the fair will host the Fireworks Spectacular at 9 p.m. at the Corona Grandstand Stage.
The 2024 fair runs through July 7 at the Del Mar Fairgrounds at 2260 Jimmy Durante Blvd. The fair is closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
