Man Suffers Cuts To Leg, Face And Hand In San Diego Stabbing

A man suffered wounds to his leg, face and hand in a stabbing in the Logan Heights area, police said.

SAN DIEGO — A man suffered wounds to his leg, face and hand in a stabbing in the Logan Heights area, police said Monday.

It happened shortly before 6:20 p.m. Sunday on National Avenue near South 30th Street, San Diego police Sgt. Kevin Gibson said.

The victim, a man believed to be in his 40s, was taken to a hospital for treatment of a roughly 12-inch cut to his leg, along with cuts near his left eye and on his hand, Gibson said, adding that the injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.
