Motorcyclist Injured In Mission Beach Crash
The motorcycle rider suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken by paramedics to a hospital.

SAN DIEGO, CA — A 32-year-old motorcyclist broke both arms and both legs Saturday when he broadsided a sedan in the Mission Bay area of San Diego.
The crash occurred at 4:14 p.m. in the 1000 block of West Mission Bay Drive, according to San Diego police Officer Robert Heims.
The 54-year-old man driving a 2011 Toyota Camry westbound made a U- turn in front of the 2008 Triumph motorcycle and was struck broadside, Heims said.

The motorcycle rider suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken by paramedics to a hospital.
"He sustained open fractures to both arms and other injuries," the officer said. The Camry driver was not injured.

Alcohol was not believed a factor in the crash, which is under investigation, Heims said.
