AL DENTE ITALIAN RESTAURANT: New University Heights eatery is hosting NYE, prix-fixe dinner Dec. 31, with appetizer choices of Caesar salad, zuppa contadina or arancini, entree selections of salmon, cavatelli cinghiale, fettucine pistacchio or filet mignon (+$10), plus dessert of limoncello or tiramisu.
